Terms of Service
I retain the right to decline any commission request I don't feel comfortable or capable of doing. Please keep in mind am only a hobbyist so I am pretty laid back and flexible as long as you are open to discussion and negotiation.
All art is made upon request, I do not sell existing artworks.*all characters in suggestive art must be 18 or older and must not depicted in anyway that makes them look un-consenting. Shown ID must show YOUR name and age.Drawing Process
● I will always send the sketch, line art, flat shading, and certain steps of rendering for verification. Pretty much any updates made to the drawing are sent to you for aproval. Progress isn't made until you approve of it so make sure to keep in touch while I'm working with you!● NO REFERENCE PHOTO NECESSARY, but this will require a lot of discussion between you and I for details, so please just be prepared for a longer-than-usual process. Know that I will charge extra for any drawings made that aren't the final picture. (Starting at $10 ) This excludes suggestive artworks.● Turn around time depends heavily on what the drawing is, but for basic character arts turn around time is roughly 1 - 2 weeks. I will always do my best to give you a time frame.● PLEASE feel free to tell me ANY and ALL changes you want made to your drawing during the early stages (sketching, line art, coloring) and be AS SPECIFIC as POSSIBLE. I am willing to make changes up until the rendering process starts. After that, the only thing I'm willing to change is lighting.Payment
● Drawing is started only after full or initial payment is sent.● I only accept USD over PayPal or AppleCash/AppleWallet only.● I will honor refunds no later than the coloring step. Once coloring is complete you may not ask for a refund.● Multiple characters is double depending on complexity and picture composition. For character arts, more than 3 fullbodies in one photo will be discounted.Use rules
Please do not buy from me if you do not intend to follow or agree to these guidelines.● You may not use my art in relation to NFT's or AI in any way, shape, or form.● Certain cases of commercial use are permitted with extra charge upfront and only if discussed BEFORE the commission is started. This includes certain merchandise items, promotional ads or images, and art for other creative works. For anything else please ask me.● All personal use is permitted.● You may repost my art with credit. This includes my username and preferably a link to my carrd.● I will post the finished commission to my profile as well as tag who it is made for. I might also add it to my portfolio, but this does not change your ownership of the image at all. If you do not want me to do either let me know and I won't.Contact
